Brooklyn Bridge

Brooklyn Bridge, the southernmost of New York's East River bridge crossings, is an enduring, historic monument and one of the oldest suspension bridges in the United States.

This iconic bridge was opened in May 1883 and its place in the heart of New Yorkers and all Americans was cemented in 1964 when it became a designated National Historic Landmark.

The Brooklyn Bridge is accessible from the Brooklyn entrances of Tillary/Adams Streets, Sands/Pearl Streets, and Exit 28B of the eastbound Brooklyn-Queens Expressway.
