Grand Central Terminal

The iconic Grand Central Terminal in New York City is both a landmark and thruway for millions of New Yorkers every week.
Formerly known as Grand Central Station - many still refer to it as that - the GCT was first built in 1913 and is the largest train station in the world by number of platforms. As a meeting place for many locals, the terminal is major tourist attraction of the city and offers both walking and guided tours.
The guided tour is an outstanding one-hour by Jones Lang LaSalle and traces GCT's history from the original 1800's Grand Central Depot through its dramatic restoration in the 1990's to its transformation into today's New York City destination for dining, shopping, gourmet fresh food and public events.
