New York New Year's Eve fireworks



Brooklyn's Prospect Park plays host to one of New York's biggest New Year's Eve party with the 26th annual Fireworks show at midnight at Grand Army Plaza.

The spectacular pyrotechnics display are shot off from the northern part of Prospect Park’s Long Meadow, so as to frame the glorious Memorial Arch at Grand Army Plaza. Each year’s fireworks feature new surprises bringing exclamations of joy from the thousands of spectators who come out to celebrate the arrival of the New Year.
