The Swell Season is the soundtrack for the motion picture "Once" and features songs by Academy Award-winners Glen Hansard and Markéta Irglová.
The soundtrack is the first album that Hansard has released independently of Irish band, The Frames, Czech singer and pianist Markéta Irglová accompanies him throughout to produce a chilling and intimate album of affecting songs and compositions.
And now, Hansard and Irglová will be performing all their hits from this album including "Falling Slowly" at the Radio City Music Hall this month.
